Buyers Pay No Commission Seller Commission: 5%
Companies with surplus equipment to sell may list it on our site.
Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other.
There are no listing fees or site fees of any kind.
Sellers pay a $25 commission on any sale $500 or less and 5% on anything above $500.
This is how we collect the commission: A deposit equal to the commission is collected by us from the buyer. The seller then invoices the buyer for the sale price less the deposit. We will refund the deposit to the buyer immediately if the sale is not completed for any reason.
Auctions normally have a six month duration however, if an item receives a bid, the seller can make a counter offer. He can also accept a bid and end the auction early, therefore, buyers are advised to bid their highest and best amount.
There is no proxy bidding (unlike EBay). The buyer's "maximum bid" will immediately be placed.

There are no proxy bids or automatic bids so bid your “High Bid”.
If you see a “Buy Now” button on a listing, you can use it -- optionally, if you wish -- to purchase the item immediately for the price shown without having to place a bid. “Buy Now” is offered at the option of the seller. Some items will have the “Buy Now” and others may not. If you click the “Buy Now” button, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to confirm the purchase. Once confirmed, it cannot be retracted.
The watch list lets you keep an eye on any auction without having to place a bid on it. This means you can be kept up to date on how an auction is doing and it prepares you to place a winning last minute bid. You can watch any auction by clicking on the “Watch this item” link on any auction page.
You can open the listing form with the "SELL" button on the navigation bar or simply CLICK HERE
There are no fees of any kind associated with the listing process.
The listing process is split up into several main sections, notably:-
Shipping and Payment
The listing process is developed in such a way that you are guided through every step seamlessly.
-Step One: Choose Category
In this step, you choose the category under which to list your item. This can be revised at any time by using the Previous Step navigation button. If your category is not on our list, you can use the Suggest Category link.
-Step Two:Choose Manufacturer.
You select the manufacturer (if known) from our list. If your manufacturer is not on our list, you can use the Suggest Category link. We will do out best to promptly act on your suggestion.
-Step Threee enables you to enter your item title and description, a full wysiwyg editor is in place to enable you to use HTML descriptions.
-Step Four is the biggest stage of the listing process. On this step you can set the following:-
. Single Item
. Multiple Items, the price is for each
. Multiple Items, the price is for the entire lot
All auctions are in US Dollars. Current exchange rates are provided.
You may set what you consider to be a reasonable level at which to start the bidding. By setting a Starting Bid, you are not committing to sell at that price. If you set a Reserve, we automatically suggest a Starting Bid based on the Reserve.
The Reserve Price is the minimum you would accept for the item. If there is a bid at this price or above by the end of the auction, the item will be sold but if the bidding is not up to this price the auction will close without a winner. If you do not set a Reserve, it means that you are willing to accept whatever price the auction brings.
Buy it now:-
The Buy it Now Price is the price you would accept to end the auction early. By setting a Buy it Now Price you are allowing a buyer to bypass the auction and purchase your item straight out. We recommend that you set a Buy it Now Price because machinery buyers often need to purchase a machine quickly and cannot wait for an auction to end.
Also be aware that, if you receive a bid, you can make a counter offer and come to an agreement to end the auction that way.
. Length of Auction:-
To accompany your item you can either upload images from your local computer or enter the URL of an image(s) hosted elsewhere
In addition to images you can link to online video files, please note only .avi/.mpeg/.mov are supported.
For convenience you can opt to have your items automatically re-listed for you, options are available to allow you to select whether the item should be re-listed if sold and how many re-list attempts should be made.
-Step Five: Shipping and Payment Details
Here you list the weight and dimensions of your item. This allows bidders to estimate the shipping cost. In most cases, the buyer pays the freight but you have the option of offering free delivery.
The seller is expected to prepare the item(s) for shipping with a skid or crate, as required.
Proceeding on, you can then review the listing and make changes if required, please note you can still edit your listing once live via the members area.
The final step provides you with listing confirmation.
